Accreditation

As part of a recent survey for re-accreditation the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) has awarded the Medical Society of Delaware Accreditation with Commendation as a provider of continuing medical education for physicians. Accreditation with Commendation is only awarded to continuing medical education providers that demonstrate compliance in all 22 Criteria and Accreditation Policies. Not only has MSD met the ACCME's accreditation requirements, it has also demonstrated engagement with the health care environment in support of physician learning and change that is part of a system for quality improvement.
